Crafted by Demerara Distillers in Guyana, El Dorado 12 is blended from rums distilled on heritage wooden pot, wooden column, and wooden Coffey stills, some of the last operating examples in the world. After aging in ex bourbon barrels under tropical conditions, the components are married to create a rum with concentrated flavor and a signature Guyanese character.
