• Thorigny Vouvray Brut

A great amount of Vouvray is made into sparkling wine and Christophe follows the custom by producing more sparkling wine than still wine. The grapes for the Brut are picked on the early side and particular attention is paid to putting only pristine grapes into the fermenting tank. The Brut is made according to the classic Méthode Traditionelle with an average of 3 years sur “lattes” before disgorgement. All grapes are vinified in stainless steel, giving his wine a freshness and vivacity indicative of the terroir. Ripe stone fruits and a steely acidity run through this medium bodied wine with a lingering finish.

• Leon Neon Gold Wurttemberg Rose Ltr

100% Trollinger, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Raspberries, herbs, and sultry acid abound in this irresistibly juicy still light-bodied red, conveniently packaged in a liter bottle for all your party needs. Despite its age-old origins, the wine exudes a youthful freshness. Anticipate tantalizing notes of pink grapefruit, just-ripe strawberries, cherries, and wild rose, complemented by a hint of minerality at the close.

• Devium Les Collines White 2022

Equal parts Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier, this was direct pressed into old barrels and allowed to ferment before being bottled with minimal sulfur added. Achingly pure, bursting with energy, and imbued with an essence of delicate white flowers, Les Collines has for years been one of the finest sites in Washington despite the farming; since 2018 the farming matches the quality of the site, nearly organic, and with lots of regenerative practices in place to increase the soil health and decrease the irrigation requirements.

This Côte Chalonnaise is made from 100% Pinot Noir and has aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, redcurrant, and vanilla. The palate is round and supple with silky tannins. A juicy crowd-pleaser for the Thanksgiving table.

Berger Vineyard is located in the Sonoma Mountain AVA. The Cabernet Franc grows on the Eastern facing side about 1100’ in elevation where it benefits from the morning and afternoon sun where it promotes even ripening. The cooler nights give a jolt of acidity and lower yield to create more intense, well

structured berries. You’ll experience flavors of spicy chocolate, ripe black cherry, dried oregano, and raspberry sauce swirl around the palate. Pairs well with grilled pork, soft cheeses, roasted chicken, sausages of different creatures, and a slow evening in front of a lit fireplace.
