On the nose, it opens with lemon, lime, a touch of orange, and caramel.

The palate starts with vanilla, plantain, and caramel before moving into a finish of bright lemon and soft orange.

The citrus ester profile is clear, recognizable, and rare, sitting beautifully against the warmer notes from ex-Bourbon oak and tropical aging.

Barrel #267 felt like its own chapter in the Alambique Serrano story: citrus-led, barrel-aged, and unmistakably singular.

Only 150 bottles were produced.

This was the barrel with a fingerprint. Not just a limited rum, and not just a strong rum. Barrel #267 had a shape of its own. Alambique Serrano has released unforgettable ester-driven rums before. This one opens a different door.

Once this single barrel is gone, cask #267 is gone.

Bottled at cask strength, natural color, and full barrel character, this is a small release for collectors, rum drinkers, and anyone following the new wave of serious Oaxacan rum.
