Combier was founded in Saumur, France in 1834, making it one of the oldest distilleries in the Loire Valley. The distillery still operates in the heart of Saumur and is known for fruit liqueurs, triple sec, absinthe, and historic herbal recipes. Since 2016, Combier has held France’s Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, recognizing its nearly two centuries of distilling heritage.
