Cotton & Reed Allspice Dram is a Washington, DC rum-based liqueur with warm spice, citrus lift, and a lightly bitter finish. Built around allspice, burdock, turmeric, ginger, dehydrated lime, gentian, cinnamon, nigella, black pepper, and Szechuan pepper, it adds clove-like depth without becoming flat or overly sweet. Bottled at 24% ABV, it is especially useful in tiki drinks, whiskey sours, hot cider, and holiday cocktails.

Cotton & Reed is a DC rum distillery based at 1330 5th Street NE near Union Market. Founded by Reed Walker and Jordan Cotton, the distillery ferments, distills, ages, spices, and bottles its rums in-house.
