Galliano Liqueur, officially Galliano L'Autentico, is a bold Italian herbal liqueur with vanilla, anise, mint, citrus, and warm spice. Juniper berries, caraway, clove, cardamom, sandalwood, star anise, cinnamon, sage, thyme, mint, lavender, and Madagascar vanilla help create its rich golden profile. Bottled at 42.3% ABV, it has enough intensity for classic cocktails, coffee drinks, and dessert-style serves.

Producer

Galliano was first crafted in 1896 by Arturo Vaccari and named for Italian war hero Giuseppe Galliano. The liqueur is produced with a perfume-like process of macerations and distillations, then blended from nine component parts. Today, it is made by Maraschi & Quirici near Torino, using copper pot stills dedicated to Galliano’s distinctive Italian herbal style.
