Marolo Milla Liqueur is a Piedmontese chamomile liqueur made by infusing chamomile flowers into grappa. Soft floral notes, honeyed sweetness, grape spirit warmth, and gentle herbal bitterness give it a soothing but structured profile. Bottled at 35% ABV, it works as a chilled digestif, a floral cocktail modifier, or a distinctive substitute for more common herbal liqueurs.

Producer

Marolo was founded in Alba, Piedmont, a region closely tied to Barolo, Barbaresco, and Nebbiolo. The producer is known for elevating grappa through careful distillation and expressive regional character. Milla replaced Marolo’s earlier grappa and chamomile liqueur, preserving the traditional Langhe recipe while giving the bottle a more modern identity.

Cocktail Suggestions

Marolo Milla Liqueur adds floral depth to a Chamomile Sour with gin or grappa, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. The chamomile softens the citrus, while the grappa base gives the drink more backbone than a standard flower liqueur.
